Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the secretary of the board of directors to do a good job in liaison with the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the stock exchange and other departments, and prepare and submit reports and documents required by relevant departments;
2. Prepare for the convening of shareholders' meetings, board of directors and board of supervisors’meetings, as well as other meetings convened by the chairman and the secretary of the board of directors. Keep meeting minutes and related publicity work; draft relevant documents and reports of the board of directors.
3. Seriously implement the company's information disclosure system, and prepare and disclose the company's temporary information and regular reports in accordance with the law.
4. Do a good job in confidentiality of company information and strictly implement the company's confidentiality system. When insider information is leaked, timely remedial measures should be taken to explain and clarify;
5. Do a good job in the company's stock dividend distribution and the application for suspension and resumption of trading;
6. Track the comments of various external media, government, and securities regulatory departments on the company, keep abreast of the dynamics of the company's stock secondary market, and report and handle it to relevant leaders in a timely manner;
7. Keep the information on the company's directors, supervisors, senior managers, controlling shareholders and their directors, supervisors, and senior managers holding shares of the company, and be responsible for disclosing the changes in the shareholdings of the company's directors, supervisors, and senior managers. Keep the company's board of directors and shareholders' meeting documents and records. Do a good job in filing relevant documents and materials, including establishing electronic and physical archives, and uploading electronic documents to the listed company's securities regulatory system;
8. Do a good job in daily reception of visitors, answering inquiries, and contacting shareholders, and provide investors with the company's publicly disclosed information.
9. Assist the board of directors in supervising the implementation and implementation of relevant resolutions of the board of directors. Remind the company's directors, supervisors and senior executives to comply with relevant laws, regulations, company charters, etc. when performing their duties;
10. Assist the various professional committees of the company's board of directors in doing relevant work.
Job requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting, investment, securities and other related majors;
2. 35-45 years old, more than 5 years of securities-related work experience, relevant work experience in large listed companies, familiar with finance, capital, securities market knowledge and operation methods;
3. Strong text organization and language communication skills.
