Liaoning SHIDAI WANHENG Holding Group Co., Ltd. was established on October 23, 2008. It is a wholly state-owned company formed through the merger and reorganization of the former Liaoning Shidai Group Co., Ltd. restructured in 1997 and Liaoning Wanheng Group Co., Ltd. established in 1998.

SHIDAI WANHENG currently has assets of 3 billion yuan, annual sales revenue of 3 billion yuan, and more than 5,000 employees. With capital as the bond, it has more than 20 wholly-owned, holding and shareholding enterprises. It is a large international holding group mainly engaged in international trade and real estate development, integrating financial investment and high technology, property management, car rental, hotel management and catering services.
