operating duty:

1. Responsible for formulating work rules, regulations, and work plans for the department.
2. Responsible for organizing and managing the daily management and accounting work of this department.
3. Responsible for organizing the preparation and implementation of the company's budget.
4. Responsible for organizing the preparation of the company's financial plan. Develop a plan for fundraising and utilization, comprehensively balance funds, accelerate fund turnover, and improve the effectiveness of fund utilization.
5. Responsible for cooperating with the office of the board of directors, reviewing the authenticity and accuracy of external financial report information, and submitting opinions.
6. Responsible for the organization, management, and business supervision of dispatched personnel.
7. Responsible for reporting financial status and operating results to superiors. Regularly or irregularly report on various financial income, expenditure, and profit/loss situations to enable leaders to make timely decisions.
8. Participate in decision-making on major financial issues of the company.
9. Participate in organizing the preparation of quarterly, semi annual, and annual financial reports for the enterprise.
10. Conduct financial data analysis to provide decision-making recommendations for the company's production and operation activities.
11. Responsible for designing and implementing relevant systems for the company's budget.

Qualifications for the position:

1. Under 40 years old, with a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance or accounting related fields;
2. More than 5 years of financial management experience in large-scale manufacturing enterprises, with audit experience preferred;
3. Certified public accountant, familiar with national financial laws and regulations, accounting standards, corporate financial systems, tax policies, etc., experience in accounting firms is preferred;
4. Proficient in accounting computerization skills, with strong financial analysis abilities, excellent organizational, coordination, communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
5. Adapt to short-term business trips.
