Job requirements:
1. 25-45 years old, with a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, international economics and trade, enterprise management, or related fields;
2. Experience in Huabao New Energy or Zhenghao Innovation Technology is preferred;
3. More than 5 years of management experience in the same position, with at least 3 years of work experience in the industry. Priority consideration will be given to those with high-quality customer resources in the lithium battery and energy storage industry;
4. Having a keen market perception, the ability to grasp market dynamics and directions; Excellent communication, coordination, organization, and development skills; Strong observation and adaptability; Fluent English oral expression ability;
5. Familiar with the lithium battery and energy storage industry, with sales experience related to downstream enterprise application products in the lithium battery and energy storage industry preferred;

7. Proficient in using daily office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc; English Test Band 4 or above.
Job content:

3. Based on the market positioning and development strategy planning of the company's brand, coordinate the construction and operation management of the brand system, market promotion system, and process budget authority system, including upgrading and application management of the enterprise identification system, brand positioning, and all online and offline promotion related to the brand market, as well as organizing and managing media public relations activities and their effectiveness.
4. Responsible for conducting user profiling, product planning, scenarios, uses, design, product packaging, and product lifecycle management for end consumer market products, including organizing feasibility reviews for product development, research and development projects, product listing and distribution management, product structure and pricing strategies, market demand research, consumer research, market and international energy storage industry trend research, competitor analysis, and developing product strategies, product planning proposals, product selling point packaging and promotional material planning, as well as product sample plans based on analysis results.
5. Responsible for market research and analysis, identifying competitors, increasing market share, conducting sales forecasts and summarizing reports; Master market trends and formulate market strategies;
6. Responsible for planning and writing various marketing and promotional materials, regularly testing the effectiveness of advertising placement, analyzing and organizing data, and providing data support for new marketing plans;
7. Regularly organize market activities and industry exhibitions to assist in coordinating external public relations, regularly visit clients and communicate, and maintain business reception and negotiations. "
